Description:
Assist Leisure Services staff with helping to set-up carnival games, decorate the stage, set-up tables for the Trick or Treat Village, set up concession areas and any other preparations for the 12th Annual Haunted Halloween Hayride & Happenings event. This event helps to provide a safe Halloween alternative for 3,000 children and their families. Students (ages 14 and older) may earn academic credit for their volunteer service to this event. Set-up volunteers will receive a FREE meal, a FREE T-shirt and a chance to win doorprizes.
Location: Harpe Park (formerly Carter Road Park, 500 West Carter Road, Lakeland, FL 33813 – behind the “Mulberry Wal-Mart”.)

About the Assignment: Done in a Day, outdoors, Weekend / Daytime Hours.
